Office for Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS)
Moula Ali, Hyderabad
BIS is the National Standard Body of India. Established under the BIS Act 2016 for the development of the activities of standardization, marking, and quality certification.
This prestigious project required us to construct the office building which included the internal water supply, sanitary installations and electrical conduits for their Moula Ali office in Hyderabad. Our expertise in design and construction ensured that the project was designed smartly and built swiftly with materials of the highest grade.
Office for Bureau Of Immigration
Located in the vast expanses of Shamshabad, the development works for the Bureau of Immigration required us to plan, design and construct several office building and staff quarters that reflected the professionalism of the organization.
We planned & crafted every part of the large premises in a way that exudes smart architecture, ease of use and quality. The project was built under strict quality supervision throughout the process and was completed in January 2018.
Integrated Office Complex
Telangana’s rapid growth and prosperity was boosted by the Integrated Office Complex in Gajwel town.
The massive project is home to several government administrative and management offices. The enormous project was designed and planned thoroughly so that the concept of integration for efficiency was brought to life. The landmark construction is a marvel to behold and is the pride and joy of Medak.
National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management (NIAM)
ICAR-NIASM, is a unique institute of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), aims at exploring the avenues for management of abiotic stresses affecting the very sustainability of national food production systems.
The prestigious institution’s planning, design, and construction were one of Team NJR’s first experiences of building epic architectural endeavours. Armed with decades of industry experience, we carved out a campus that is a visual marvel in itself. The project was successfully executed and completed in a timely manner by March 2016.
Hospital, Administrative & Food Processing Unit Block – National Ayurveda Dietetics Research Institute (NADRI)
National Ayurveda Dietetics Research Institute (NADRI), Bangalore, Karnataka, India is a peripheral institute of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) New Delhi undertaken by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
NJR Constructions was entrusted the responsibility to design and build the hospital, administrative and food processing unit of the prestigious institute. We approached the project in way that ensured that these key installations added to the beautiful architecture that already graced the institute’s campus. The project was completed successfully and is marveled till date for its effective design and engineering.
We are also experts in crafting happy homes. NJR Constructions undertook the project of building 900, 2 BHK houses for employees and their families. As a team that understands the need for a happy and nourishing atmosphere for every home, we designed and executed this project in a way that will help its’ residents engage and prosper together.
The 900 flats were built smartly in several buildings of S+5 Floors to ensure that families had the freedom and ease to live happy lives.
It was an honour for NJR Constructions to craft residential infrastructure for our defense forces. The over 216 residential units were built in G+3 storeyed buildings with water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, ug sump including internal electrical installations, fans, power wiring, telephone cables and water supply pump.
The project was successfully completed in February, 2019 and is home to several happy defense families.
India’s growing agricultural outputs requires constant upgradations in terms of capacity, design and structural integrity. We are proud to have been a part of the NABARD Warehousing Scheme in 2014-15 with the Karnataka State Warehousing Corporation.
Our versatility in bringing different infrastructural requirements to life was at display when we constructed 24000MTs capacity warehouses for the government quickly and efficiently to keep up with the growing outputs of our country. The project was completed in March 2017.
